This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the «Policy») describes what data the BuzzAI application (hereinafter — the «Service») collects, for what purposes, and to whom it is transferred. The Policy applies to all Users of the Service.
1.1. The Personal Data Operator is Severinov Egor Andreevich, self-employed individual, payer of the professional income tax (hereinafter — the «Operator»).
1.2. The address of this Policy on the Internet: https://buzzai.ru/en/privacy.html. The current revision is available at this address at any time.
1.3. Relations connected with the collection, storage, and protection of Users' personal data are governed by this Policy, the License Agreement, and Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 «On Personal Data».
1.4. By registering and using the Service, the User confirms that they have read this Policy and accept its terms.
1.5. In case the User disagrees with this Policy, the use of the Service must be immediately discontinued.
1.6. The Operator is entitled to make changes to the Policy. The current revision is always available at the address indicated above.
2.1. The Operator collects only the data necessary to provide the User with the functionality of the Service and to comply with legal requirements.
2.2. The content of voice recordings and recognized dictation texts is not stored by the Operator after the result is returned to the User. Audio is transmitted to a third-party artificial intelligence model for recognition and is not stored on the Operator's servers. The recognized text is returned to the User and stored only in the local history on the User's device (directory ~/Library/Application Support/Buzz/).

5.1. To ensure the operation of the Service, the Operator engages the following contractors:

The Operator does not transfer Users' personal data to third parties for purposes other than those listed above without the User's prior consent, except in cases expressly provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation (including in response to requests from authorized state authorities).
6.1. The User's personal data is stored on the Operator's servers located on the territory of the Russian Federation.
6.2. Data is stored throughout the entire period of the User's use of the Service. Upon expiration of 6 (six) months from the moment of last use of the Service, or upon the User's request to delete the account, personal data is deleted, except for information whose retention is required of the Operator by law (including payment transactions — for the periods established by tax legislation).
7.1. The User is entitled at any time to request the deletion of their account and associated personal data by sending a request to the email address severinovea@ya.ru with the subject «BuzzAI account deletion».
7.2. After receipt of the request, the account is deleted within 30 calendar days. Financial transactions related to Balance top-ups and Subscription purchases are retained in anonymized form as part of tax and accounting records for the periods established by law.
7.3. Local data on the User's device (dictation history, settings) is deleted automatically when the application is removed from the device.
8.1. The Operator takes technical and organizational measures to protect Users' personal data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, and distribution.
8.2. Data transmission between the User's application and the Operator's server is carried out via the secure HTTPS protocol using modern encryption algorithms.
8.3. Access to the server infrastructure is granted to a limited circle of persons supporting its operation.
9.1. In accordance with the Federal Law «On Personal Data», the User is entitled to:
10.1. This Policy does not apply to the actions and online resources of third parties, including resources linked to from the Service.
10.2. The Operator is not liable for the actions of third parties who have gained access to the Service on behalf of the User as a result of the User compromising their credentials.
11.1. Users are entitled to send the Operator requests on matters of personal data processing and other inquiries at the email address: severinovea@ya.ru.
11.2. The Operator undertakes to consider the request and send a reasoned response within 30 calendar days from the date of its receipt.
11.3. The request must contain information allowing the User to be uniquely identified (for example, the phone number used during registration) and the substance of the inquiry.
